Prize Claim Process
The best way to contact us about your prize is via email (prizes@deerassic.com).
- Deerassic Park Prize Claim will be open the following days:
- Monday – Friday from 9am-3pm (starting Monday, December 13th – please note our offices will be closed December 24th, and 31st for the holidays).
- If your prize requires you to pick up, please make the appointment by contacting prizes@deerassic.com
- If you have won a gun, you will be receiving a certificate, or a gift card and those prizes can be processed through the mail (you do not need to come to our office to pick up prize)
- All cash prizes will be checks that will be mailed out (if you come during Prize Claim hours you will not receive any cash and your check will be mailed in a few days)
- We know prize winners are excited (and we are excited for you) but the best way to contact us about your prizes is by emailing prizes@deerassic.com. We will get back with you but with so many prizes, we need patience.
- For questions please email prizes@deerassic.com and we will get back with you.
- If you do not contact us as a prize winner by December 24th, we will mail out a prize-winning letter to all winners.
- All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the 2021 Deerassic Park Winter Giveaway.

Last year was our first year for the Annual Deerassic Park Winter Giveaway and it was a huge success so we decided to have it again this Winter. We were able to reach our goal and we are finalizing the renovation for the Ohio Whitetail Hall of Fame. We really hope all of our supporters and their families can come down when we open up and can see what they helped build. Another goal for the Deerassic Park Education Center is to build a seasonal campground for families to come down and enjoy. This facility will have approximately 50 water/ electric hook up sites as well as shower facilities, a store, and a recreation pond for families to swim and enjoy. This year’s 2021 Deerassic Park Winter Giveaway will be raising money for the installation of these camping sites. Our goal is to be fully operational by the Spring of 2023 with your help. The Deerassic Park Campground will allow families to come down and enjoy the full experience of Deerassic Park. The Deerassic Park’s Winter Giveaway will be held again virtually on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 5pm. It will be live-streamed on deerassic.com and on our Deerassic Park YouTube Channel. Tickets will go on sale beginning Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Remember these tickets sold out last year within a month. After listening to feedback from our supporters we decided to draw our winners lottery style (with ping pong balls) this year. Also, we will be mixing up the numbers for our ticket buyers so if you purchase more than one ticket the tickets will not be consecutive like last year.
