We offer one of the most unique wedding packages in the area. We have included in our wedding package the rental of both our Multi-Purpose Room and our three classrooms. You will also receive 60” round tables and chairs for 400 guests. Your rental of the Multi-Purpose Room will begin on the Friday from 2 PM – 8 PM and continue with the addition of the classrooms for 12 hours on Saturday. This is all included for $3,500! Kitchen and Restrooms
The use of the kitchen is permitted when renting the multi-purpose room. The use of the kitchenette is permitted when renting classroom three or all three classrooms. We expect the kitchen to be cleaned after the event and all utensils be returned. There is electric available throughout the property and lighting and decorations must be hung by zip-ties ONLY. If you would like clean portable restrooms for outdoor events, a cleaning fee will be added to your total price. You must notify the staff 14 days prior to the event so arrangements can be made for the cleaning or delivery of portable restrooms.
The Park has 50 round tables, 44 oblong tables, and 400 chairs for use in the classrooms and multi-purpose room. There is an additional 20 round tables and 160 chairs for use in the gathering room. If you want to ensure that enough equipment is available for your event, we encourage you to contact a rental company. There is a sound system, and projector screen available for use in certain spaces on the property.
You may provide catering during the rental if you choose. You will be responsible for the actions, food preparations and liabilities of the catering company. We hope you understand that we are not a full-service rental facility, therefore we do not offer any type of catering or refreshment services.
The Park will NOT provide alcoholic beverages for any event. You may choose to provide alcoholic beverages to your guests, but these beverages must be in plastic bottles or cans. Glass bottles and liquor are strictly prohibited on the property.
The Park will setup round tables for indoor events or picnic tables for outdoor events providing you make arrangements 14 days prior to the event. Supplies are limited and will be distributed among our renters on a first come first serve basis. Arrangements for setup prior to the event are restricted to usual business hours.
There is a 25% deposit due at the time of signing the rental agreement. This can be paid in cash, check, money order or credit card. This 25% deposit is non-refundable.
A cancellation notice must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event and will not be granted until the written notification is received.
Responsibilities after the event
You are responsible for all decorations you setup as well as all trash accumulated. Trash can be placed in the dumpsters dispersed throughout the property. We expect our renters to leave the spaces in the same condition they were in when they arrived.
